June Wrap Up

Nem acredito que já passaram mais de duas semanas deste o fim de Junho. Este verão está a ser incrivelmente ocupado, e o tempo passa a voar. Nem sequer fiz ainda o meu resumo mensal, embora não o queira deixar passar. Até tenho uma colagem preparada já há algum tempo, mas o tempo e a disposição para sentar e escrever sobre o nosso mês é que não se encontraram em lado nenhum. 

I can't believe it's over two weeks after the end of June. This summer time has been incredible busy, and it's flying by so fast. I didn't even post my monthly wrap up, but I didn't want to let it pass, I even had the collage done for a while now, just couldn't find the time and mood to sit down and write about our latest month. 

Andei em limpezas profundas. Organizei o roupeiro dos miúdos e separei muitas das suas roupas. Anterei uma blusa às riscas para um casamento. Encontrei pompons a decorar um parque. Preparei refeições para congelar (salvam vidas nas semanas seguintes!). Comprei puzzles do Doraemon escolhidos pela G. e fizemos os mesmos uma e outra vez. Comi iogurte com flocos de milho, mirtilos e pintarolas. Fomos a um casamento parra o qual fiz o vestido da minha sobrinha, a saia da minha irmã e o meu vestido também (como o da minha filha, que já vos tinha mostrado aqui). Tive uma amiga holandesa a visitarnos por isso passeamos muito com ela. Organizei as minhas revistas de moldes; passei tempo de qualidade com os meus filhos e fiz uma blusa para o S. No dia 29 a minha princesa completou 4 anos. Fiz-lhe um bolo para cantar os parabéns com os amigos da escola e depois disso, fomos onde ela pediu: ao parque, comer um gelado e brincar. 

I've started with a deep cleaning. Organized the kids wardrobe and put a lot of their clothes away. I refashioned a striped shirt for a wedding. I found some pompoms decorating a playground. Prepared freezer food (life saver for the next weeks!). Bought Doraemon puzzles for G. (she picked them out) and did them over and over with her.  Ate a lot of yogurt with blueberries, cornflakes, chocolat bits. Had a friend's wedding to go to and made my niece's dress, my sister's skirt, and my own dress too (my daughter's too, which I showed you here). I had a friend from Holland staying for 3 days so we did a little sight seeing too. I've organized my pattern magazines; spent more quality time with my kids and made a shirt for S. On the 29th was my daughter's 4th birthday. I made her a cake to take to school and eat with her friends and after we went where she requested us to, the park, to have an ice cream and play.

No que diz respeito ao blog, há já muito tempo que não publicava tão pouco. As únicas partilhas foram a camisa Timmy Top que testei para a Mama Quail Patterns, os calções Morrocco Pants da Petit a Petit and Family, outro teste e por fim, fiz parte do tour de designers canadianas. com a Marc Shirt da Filles à Maman. 

When it comes to the blog, it's been a while since I had posted so little. The only things I shared was the Timmy Top button shirt I tested for Mama Quail Patterns, another test, the Morocco Shorts by Petit a Petit and Family, and finally, I was part of the Canadian designers blog tour, with the Marc Shirt from Filles à Maman.
